The Antica Via del Sale is a naturalistic but above all historical route since it was already used in ancient times by merchants of sea salt and merchants of all kinds as a communication route between Genoa and all of Liguria in general and Lombardy in particular Milan.
We will go along a path that is not at all trivial (despite the not high altitudes) that will put our resistance to the test as it happened for the men of the time. Wild nature and small villages still inhabited together with a wonderful 360 ° view of the plain first and then the sea will accompany our entire journey.
We will pass by the summit of Monte Antola (1597mt above sea level), a real watershed of 3 regions (Liguria, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna) where it is possible to admire a truly unique panorama.
